Not quite. (This is kinda like a Mad Lib...)

The C= International liquidator has chosen Escom's bid...because its
terms are more favorable. I can't speak for Pleasance's bid, but Amor's
was very strict, insisting that all assets be delivered.

Amor certainly is, and Pleasance would appear to be now that the
trademark issue has been settled. (He had threatened to pull out over
the Escom German trademark deal.) It is impossible to estimate their
chances without knowing how big everyone's purse is. We know that Escom
once bid $12 M. We have it on Amor's word that he once would have paid
$24 M, but the odds that he still would have that sort of money around
are low. Pleasance's bids have always been rumored to be somewhere in
Amor's range, but I don't know if an exact figure has ever been given.
At one point, $22 M + 4% ownership of the new company was thrown around.

Everyone is supposed to get together in a building, in separate rooms,
and have the liquidators run back and forth with bids. It's SUPPOSED to
take a day, with an official announcement coming as soon as the details
are straight, the contracts are signed, etc.
